The DigiBlock heating surface is made of graphite or aluminum alloy protected by PTFE coating and can accommodate as many as 54 graduated tubes and operates from room temperature up to 450°C. The LabTech PP digestion tubes contain no detectable background contaminants and do not require washing with acids prior the use. The HI 839800 COD reactor is an easy to use test tube heater. Its well-marked user interface provides intuitive operation. The reactor is equipped with two predefined temperature settings: 150º and 105ºC. COD and total phosphorus digestions are conducted at 150ºC, and total nitrogen digestions are at the 105ºC.
